Nafiska Zacharakis
Nafiska is the Founder of Praise Pedal, a Christian place of worship that uses movement to bask in His presence. Every ride is a holy experience—filled with community, purpose, and the guiding presence of the Holy Spirit. Praise Pedal was born from a heartfelt conviction and a deep desire to merge faith and fitness. After becoming a Christian, Nafsika felt the Lord stirring her heart about the influence of secular music on her life and values. One day, during a moment of prayer, she felt a clear calling to teach spin classes but this time, for Him. Obedient to this prompting, she envisioned a space where Christians could come together to strengthen their bodies while uplifting their spirits through worship. She realized there wasn’t a safe, faith-centered environment where believers could integrate their love for fitness with their love for Jesus. And so, Praise Pedal was born, a transformative indoor cycling experience that combines worship music, powerful scripture, and an uplifting community atmosphere. Today, Praise Pedal stands as a powerful testimony to what happens when faith meets fitness. It creates a space where believers can honor their bodies as temples of the Holy Spirit while joyfully worshiping Jesus.
